Start of different seasons bring along variety of fruits and vegetables with them. Some fruits and vegetables are tempting and also irresistible at times. Many of the fruit juices qualities are also recommended by doctors for better health and to increase or maintain the water level in our body. Here’s a list of fresh fruit juices which you may have never heard of before but offer you a distinct taste

  • Lemon Juice with a tint of ginger and mint: Prepare the regular lemon juice add powder of ginger and mint leaves to get the exotic flavor and stir well in the lemon juice and store in the refrigerator to chill. Serve when fully chilled for refreshing taste.
  • Lemon, carrot and tomato juice: An innovative guest-friendly welcome drink. Prepare lemon juice and a puree of a crushed carrot and tomato into it, this mixture will create a unique taste and help you serve a mouth-watering welcome juice for your special invitees.
  • Water melon juice: Cut the water melon in small pieces. Make a syrup of around 3 tablespoons of sugar and add rose essence in the syrup, now add the syrup to the finely chopped watermelon and churn it in mixer grinder.The juice is ready to serve. Serve it when chilled.
  • Guava juice: Guava juice is one of the most soothing juice and comes as a great relief in summer. Put pieces of guava in mixer jar, add sugar, pepper and black salt and crush it. It will create the most unique taste. Serve when fully chilled.
  • Carrot, tomato, beetroot juice: The best juice, though children don’t like,but the most healthy drink for all. Mix all three in a mixture jar and crush adding little water. If you are taking it for health purpose, then avoid salt and sugar and try to take it as a raw juice without filtering. It is best for all skin problems, increases blood and purifies blood.
  • Orange and soda: Take emulsion of orange and add sugar as per taste, add few drops of lemon and while drinking add soda or ENO in it. It can act as a good digestive appetizer for you and a refreshing drink for your family members.
  • Amla juice: It is a very healthy drink option in winter which helps to improve your digestive system, hair problems and other health issues. Grate amlas and put in grinder. Add sugar, ginger, little salt and pepper to taste followed by chilled water. Crush it well and then filter it and serve when fully chilled.
  • Raw mango juice: In summer the markets are flooded with green mangoes. Thus preparing raw mango juice in summer is quite an easy job. Boil one big green mango and then let it cool down till room temperature and peel off its skin. After it cools down, put the boiled part in mixture, add sugar, black salt and chilled water and crush it well. Drink it when chilled. This juice is best for tackling the scorching heat in summer and keeps your body and mind cool.
  • Green and yellow mango juice: Add both the mangoes after cutting it and add sugar and little salt and crush by adding chilled water. The best seasonal drink is ready and it is quite a very attractive when garnished well especially for kids.
