Spread the love

Teenage pregnancy is becoming a thing now. A survey says around 7,50,000 girls in the age group of 15-19 years are getting pregnant each year. With many of them carrying on with the pregnancy, they need a special guide way through it.

One such girl named Vanessa started a series of Youtube videos sharing her pregnancy experiences throughout the time. The girl was supported by the father of the baby.
She grew up the hard way. With parental issues and bullying being the part of her childhood.

Her life changed when she and her mother moved to North California after her 8th grade. She met better set of friends, the once who accepted her. She re-did her 8th grade and at the end of it had her first kiss with a guy she never met again but is thankful to.

She says she made the best decision of her life when she enrolled for ROTC (military cause) in her senior year. That’s where she met her then boyfriend now husband David. A few weeks after Graduation a pregnancy strip test confirmed her fears of pregnancy. She went through the roller coaster of emotions. Tests were taken and doctors informed that the baby was not well and might not survive. The baby was said to be suffering from Turner Syndrome. She still went ahead with her pregnancy though it was filled with pain but as determined she was at the end of the 34weeks of her pregnancy she gave birth to her flower (as she calls her) LILLY.

Below is her “draw my life” video explaining her life which she made three years back.

She uploaded her first video on 07th July, 2011, when she was four weeks pregnant. The caption to the video read “i am 18 and officially a teen mom! i am 4 weeks pregnant and am here to take you step by step through teen pregnancy!
