Getting a sexy-fit body is really not child’s play. We all badly crave for the models that we see on billboard hoardings. All you need is some self confidence and right tips on training. Here is Cameron Diaz’s trainer Teddy Bass who helped her getting the hot figure, sharing some tips for a fit yet sexy body.

Many people who want to slim down for a fit body believe that they should use lighter weights and lots of rep. On the other hand, you should be doing a muscle building exercise. All you have to do is use heavy weights with few reps. Lifting weight helps you in getting shape along with boosting endorphins. It also lowers your blood sugar level, relives stress and increase the bone density. It is more than enough to hit the gym four times a week.

It looks nice for a women to have strong arms. So you need to vary on the arms exercise. Like if you tend to do 15-20 reps, add more weight of say 10 the next time you do again. This will strengthen your arms. To get the most of your work out without spending much of time just sprinkle some full body exercises. Cameron Diaz goes tos, jump squats and burpees. These exercises keeps your heart rate up and it also utilizes bigger muscle groups which helps in burning calories faster.

Add upper back exercises in your routine, like bent over row with dumbbells or sessions on the rowing machine. Bass says that this is a great confidence builder. These exercises helps in pulling back your shoulders and helps in improving your posture. It also promotes your mind and body connection.

The heart pumping exercises are important in gaining strength. For those who are trying to loose weight start doing 20-45 minutes of cardio for at least 4-5 times a weeks. Or if you just want to stay healthy and fit, do the same but 2-3 times a week. And the biggest advice of all is that do not get distracted while you are working out. Let your phone ring, let your favorite serial begin, but you should be focusing on the work out. Distraction will do no good.
