The best ornament that a women wears is her beautiful hair. It is said that a women is not recognised by her figure or facial beauty, but she is recognised by her hair. In short a women’s hair is her identity and if the identity is wrong and bad then?

In older times women usually had long hairs and not allowed to cut and even not allowed to keep open. She had to tie it tight up high as it was her ornament. But now women are free and usually modern girls and ladies wants to keep her hair open and try new styles and cuts. But for this, hair should be given proper care.

Pollution is the main culprit of hair fall and damage and the second culprit is using different products without any knowledge. Now lets see what we can do for better and beautiful hair.

  1. Be natural and simple: Do any style and fashion but keep in mind to use simple and natural products. Whenever you use a shampoo, first see if it is hard on your skin or not. Use maximum herbal shampoos, which are light and less chemicals are included which helps stop falling hair and hair thinning problems.
  2. Oil your hair regularly: The best natural therapy to keep your hair beautiful is massaging with hot oil regularly. Today young girls and women hate oiling their hair but, actually it’s the main ingredient and diet that your hair needs. Oiling with hot oil, keeps your hair dust free, dandruff free and grows shine in your hair. Oiling too will reduce the chance of greys. Use a light simple any brand oil, but it’s a must to warm it a little and massage it on your scalp smoothly and regularly.
  3. Reduce the use of chemicals: Why not reduce use of chemicals and use home made products for best hair. Before washing your hair apply curd on your hair and wash it after 15 minutes. Curd is a best conditioner for your hair. We can even apply a spoonful of vinegar in your hair before washing for silky and shiny hair. Avoid straightening, colouring your hair as it the main reason for baldness and thinning.
  4. Wash your hair twice a week: Don’t wash regularly, but only twice a week which reduces hair falling. Trim your hair every three months for long and flowing hair.
  5. For kids: For kids its better to use hair soap and avoid shampoos, as their scalp is soft, and even baby shampoo is hard for their hair which stops their hair growth.
