- Crunch with a Heel Push: This is another one of the most effective abs workout for women. Lie straight on your back. Place the hands behind your head and bent the knees. Now, it’s time to pulling feet from your abs. pull it and takes o shoulder blades above the floor. Never pull neck, as it may cause pain. Once you reach the top of the crunch, press the heels gently to the floor. Raise your glutes by gently pushing your back. Now, go back to your normal position and repeat these steps 14 to 15 times.
