Baking soda is one of the most commonly used kitchen ingredients in most of the homes. But, did you ever give a chance to this wonderful ingredient to enhance your beauty? As baking soda is fully loaded with innumerable beauty benefits, it boosts your beauty when you include this in your beauty regime. This fantastic ingredient is very beneficial in whitening your teeth, brightening your skin, smoothing your hair, etc.

1. Softens the Skin:-

Before taking a bath, add a half cup of baking soda into your bathtub. It will make your skin softer and smoother.

2. Works as Deodorant:-

Put 3 table spoons of baking soda into the bowl and include 3-5 drops of your most loved vital oil, combine everything and your antiperspirant is prepared. Apply it with a powder puff or a kabuki brush onto your underarms, it will proficiently kill the personal stench.

3. Face Scrub:-

Simply blend in your hand 1 table spoon of baking soda with 2-3 table spoons of water and tenderly massage it into your face for around 1 minute in round movements, then – wash. This tender scrub will make your skin soft and smooth. Try utilizing it maybe a couple times each week.

4. Baking soda Shampoo:-

Mix baking soda with your favourite shampoo to get a wonderful purifying shampoo that will cleanse your hair from the residue that styling products leave behind. Mix one table spoon of soda with one table spoon of your favourite shampoo and wash your hair with this mix. After rinsing thoroughly, you will notice that your hair will become squeaky clean and more easily manageable. It’s not an everyday shampoo though. It’s great to wash your hair with this baking soda shampoo once or twice a month. For similar result you can also wash your hair with just baking soda plus water – this is one of the most popular uses of baking soda.

5. Use it as a Mouth wash:-

To create an easy baking soda mouthwash, mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 3 drops of peppermint essential oil (or eucalyptus essential oil) in a glass of water. Your mouthwash is ready! It will freshen your breath and neutralise bacteria.
