We all by now, have learned the importance of Breakfast in our complete diet. Breakfast is the meal where you don’t have to worry much about the calories and fats you intake, as its recommended to be on the heavier side as that’s what going to supply major energy throughout the day to your body.
Thus, make your breakfast the most delicious meal of the day, anyway if you satisfy your taste-buds every morning with healthy yummy food they won’t make you tempting over unhealthy food throughout the day.

Blueberry Smoothie:-
Blueberry though weighs on the expensive side they contain Vitamin B in them which is said to help with healthier Hair growth. So take your blender and start adding the ingredients one by one which includes Half a Cup of Skimmed milk along with half a cup of vanilla flavored Greek/normal Yogurt followed by half a teaspoon of Vanilla Powder and finally make path for a small bowl of blueberries. Blend it all together and kick start your Week with these Monday blues killer smoothie.

Orange-Peach-Carrot Smoothie:-
This one would be totally loved by the Khatta lovers as this one dwells in the tangy department. This Smoothie is made by adding, Half a cup of Orange juice, Half a cup of Yogurt, along with one pealed orange, one chopped peach and two finely sliced carrots, Blend it all together and sip away all that sleepiness off your body. Carrots are known of their benefits to eyes. Tangy fruits are also always low on calories.

Watermelon & Beetroot Smoothie:-
Watermelons supply the liquid rush to your body and Beetroots as we know it works wonders for our blood, and together both make for an amazing red smoothie to start the day with. So to make this smoothie we will take Half a Cup of skimmed milk along with half a cup of Yogurt and add our key ingredients that are One cup chopped Watermelon and a thinly sliced beetroot. Blend them all together like always. You might worry about the smoothie’s taste cause of beetroot but the taste is mostly dominated by the watermelon.

Black Jammun & Apple Smoothie:-
Black Jammuns are best anti-oxidants and clear blemish off your skin resulting in a clear skin. You will need 10 unseeded black jammuns and a sliced apple along with half cup of skimmed milk and Yogurt, dump it all in Blend it away to have a pretty purple smoothie to treat yourself to.

Spinach+Kiwi+Cucumber Smoothie:-
Naah, don’t creep away from this smoothie with the name of Spinach, the taste is very well dominated by Kiwi and Cucumber. You will need 1 cup of Spinach leaves, two sliced Kiwis and Half cup chopped Cucumber along with half cup orange juice, half cup Yogurt and 1 lime juice. Blend it all together get a yummy refreshing green start to your day.

Pineapple Mango & Banana Smoothie:-
Shine like a bright sun with this yellow smoothie which is a blend of Pineapple, Mango and Banana. This one is also known as the Hangover smoothie, Perfect for a Saturday morning. So this final Blend will include half cup Pineapple Juice instead of Orange one like in previous smoothies, along with half cup yogurt and each cup of chopped mango, pineapple and Banana. There you go with the final one.
