Breathe the Right Way to Stay Fit

‘Calm down”, we always tell ourselves when in stress, but its easy said than done.

Frantic schedules, daily struggles of personal and professional life and other common stresses of life can take a toll on anyone and leave a person stressed and drained.

But for some of us it can have a deeper impact, resulting into anxiety or panic attacks. Those of who have experienced it, know the struggle one goes through during the course of it and how traumatizing it is. Getting out of anxiety zone is not easy.

Basically instructing ourselves to ‘breath and unwind’ isn’t sufficient. In these hours one starts to take rapid breathes, which is one significant sign of ongoing disturbance occurring in ones head. However, there are breathing strategies that do really work.

The first step is to leave whatever you are stressing over. Part yourself from the source of stress.

The power breath is a simple method that’s well tested to heal panic attacks and calm the body down.

You should simply inhale out for double the measure of time you take in. So if you breathe in for four counts, you breathe out for eight.

It works on the grounds that your body is deceived into intuition it’s in a quiet condition of rest, subsequently backing your sensory system off. Daily meditation is thus recommended as it deals with the hustle of mind and gives us a time to actually relax our mind.

Likewise, focusing on backward counting is a much needed diversion from the frenzy.

Next time you feel the panic rising, put this technique in practice and see if it can help you to calm down.
