Keep your face in front of window pane and take support. Raise your body slowly and balanced your body weight on your toes. For a couple of seconds, stay in the same position then get back to your original position. Does this exercise two times in your initial period then increases the number gradually.

Step Ups
For this exercise, use step box or first step of the staircase. The exercise is very easy and simple. Step your right leg first followed by your justify leg and step down your right leg followed by your justify leg. In the second attempt, do this exercise with your justify leg followed by your right leg. O this exercise regularly for 15 to 20 minutes and gets a tone legs.

Arm Tone-Ups
There are numerous arm tone-up workouts. Few simple and easy workouts for tome arms are as follows:

Bicep Curls
If you weight or dumbbells then its great! Otherwise, you can also use sealed tins for this exercise. Hold weight in both your hand and tuck elbows in a waist. There is another alternative also. Fold you hands and bring it towards shoulder. Hold it for couple of minutes and then release. Repeat the same with other hand. Does this set of exercise once for some days then gradually increase the set of exercise and the weight as well.

Triceps Extensions
For toned triceps, this exercise is one of the best exercises. Take a bottle filled with water. Hold water in your right hand and then stretch your hand in the air and slowly brings down. Do this exercise with both hands alternatively.

Thigh Tone-ups
Here is some thigh tone-up exercise that helps to get toned body:

Lunges
It is a wonderful exercise in order to get toned body. It is a multipurpose exercise. Do this exercise in an open area. If you do this in lawn or terrace garden, it will be great! Stand straight and keep a distance between your legs. Step your right leg forward and maintain your body weight by putting hands on your hips. Make a right angle with your body. Use your knee muscle to come up. Do this exercise for 15 minutes a day and get a toned body.
